Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will my order ship/how long does it take before it ships?

Many orders will ship in separate boxes. You will receive an email when your order ships and your order status will be marked as shipped or partially shipped when items in your order ship.

2. Where can I view the fonts, colors various options for an item?

   Easy! Every item page has drop downs and if you click on the name of each font, color, etc. a picture of each will appear. Different fonts will be different sizes on items. For example the circle monogram and master circle monogram are very tall fonts. Entwined monogram is wider. Diane Script is like cursive writing made into a monogram so it is shorter and wider. 3. I ordered an item awhile ago and it still has not come in, what is wrong?

   Check your order status! If it says shipped check the tracking information. If it says delivered then you will need to contact the shipping provider and see if they know where it was left. Ask your neighbors,room mates, or sometimes front office of your apartment building. If it seems that the item has been stuck in one place for awhile on the tracking it usually means that the address was incorrect and could not be delivered and is being returned to sender. If this is the case contact us and we will work with you to try to get it resent to you. Detailed descriptions of what each order status means can be viewed Here

5. How do I enter my initials on the order form?

   We ask that you enter them in this order you want it to appear on your item. For example, If my name was Jane Ann Smith I would fill in the box JSA. My monogram would then appear JSA. If you want the item to be done in initial order (all the same size letter) please let us know. Monogramming fonts will automatically have a larger center letter.  

6. I received my order and it is wrong, What do I do?

   Email us at customerservice@dixielandmonogram.com with your order number, a picture, and a description of what is wrong with the item. If we have made a mistake we will replace the item free of charge. However, if the mistake was made because you typed the initials incorrectly, chose the wrong size, wrong color etc. than we will not replace the item free of charge. However, we will be more than happy to offer you 25% off of a replacement of the item.

7. Can I rush a personalized item?

    Embroidery and Vinyl items can be rushed for an additional $8 which goes towards rushing supplies and possibly having to work over time to complete the item. If you purchase the rush service than your order will ship out in 2 business days, however, how long it takes to arrive will depend on the shipping method you chose. Express means it will take 2 business days plus one day of shipping, while priority may take 2-4 days to ship plus the 2 business day processing time. Please email us to confirm that rushing your item is a possibility before checking out.

9.  What's up with this free local delivery?

   We provide free local delivery in the Hillsborough County area. If your zip code is within our delivery area you will be offered "free local delivery" at checkout. We deliver non-monogrammed items same day for orders purchased before 12PM and next day for orders after 12PM. Monogrammed orders do take longer usually 2-3 business days. We will email you within an hour to schedule your delivery window. You do not need to be present to receive delivery.  Once your delivery schedule email has been received you may respond to the email to change your delivery time. 

On some occasions we will not be able to do local delivery and if this is the case we will let you know immediately after ordering. 

 

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

     Yes we do! If you are not longer excited about something you purchased we can offer a store credit. Please email us for a return authorization. You have 14 days to request a return authorization. Your are responsible for return postage or you can drop back off to our showroom. But please receive your RA before dropping it in the mail or coming by. Personalized and special ordered items such as anything monogrammed and Fraternity Collection items cannot be returned. SALE ITEMS CAN NEVER BE RETURNED.

Online Orders

Orders can be placed with our secure site anytime of day. We process credit cards directly on our website. We also accept PayPal, which does not require an account and is the only way to process American Express. Once an order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, than check your spam or junk folder. Still missing? Than contact us, perhaps your payment did not process.

Additional Customization

All customization is assumed to be one line (except for vinyl decals). If you want additional lines or a special order vinyl decal email us! We are more than willing to accommodate and work out a custom quote.

Shipping and Tracking Info

All methods of shipping will provide tracking information. Once the item has left our workspace it is your responsibility to contact the shipper if there are any delays or issues with the shipment of the item. Sorry, but it becomes out of our control. If the item is returned to us because it was not delivered as addressed it is not our monetary responsibility to get it reshipped. We will email you and discuss payment to have the item(s) resent.
